Have Fun In This Christmas With Vacation Rentals

It’s not all about the Snow! Hilton Head at Christmas time is truly different. There is no snow, but our streets are still full of lights, decor and plenty of fun. The weather is perfectly crisp, with typical daytime temperatures in the 60’s - a light jacket is almost too much on some days. The evenings get a little chilly once the sun disappears, but with all the Christmas lights burning brightly all you’ll notice is the cordiality of the holiday season.

Dove Street down in the Forest Beach area is an island destination for warm wishes and good cheer, truly a great place to enjoy the friendly people and the holiday festivities. Island visitors (and locals who live here year-round) love strolling along the beach to experience some of the most awe inspiring sunsets on earth. As the sun slowly disappears, the ocean and sand glow a soft pink and rosy clouds streak the deepening blue skies - it’s amazing! Night after night it changes - it never ever grows old. You see even more picture postcards from Hilton Head Island this time of year than during the summer.

Native deer explore the brushy woods’ margins, beautiful birds like the blue heron stand proudly at the water’s edge and dolphins swim close to the shoreline for food, sharing the spectacular feel of freedom. Among the great pleasures this time of year are Hilton Head’s wide flat beaches, a great place for flying kites, tossing Frisbees, walking, biking, running, or just simply sitting and relaxing under the winter sun.

Don’t forget: if you haven’t seen an alligator this is a great place to experience them from a safe distance, but don’t get too close…Santa knows to keep away too, but enjoys admiring them from afar.

Local restaurants are plentiful with fresh seafood and produce and watering holes are available for you and your family to enjoy day or night. Hilton Head’s upscale beach-area shops are the perfect place to buy someone that special gift to take home.

Some suggestions when you come:

Do try to arrive on Hilton Head during the daylight hours. There are no bright lights and neon signs glaring; that’s the beauty, as you will soon discover. Street signs are painted in muted colors and have beige-toned lettering. Streetlights are minimal and street signs are scarcely visible until you are almost upon them. That’s why the daytime hours will make it a little easier to get your first bearings, but once you’re here a day or so you’ll be able to navigate like a local.

Also: Pick up a map for a dollar or two in any gas station along the way or even at the South Carolina welcome center. This way you can plot your course for where you’re staying (if you use a vacation rental company they will guide you). One suggestion is to book your visit through Hilton Head Rentals, a true portal for many vacation management companies.

One of the greatest things about Hilton Head at Christmas or in fact any time is the town council’s determination to keep this area natural and green but yet modern by design. The town’s elected officials work every day to make it clear to commercial developers that this is our town and the natural beauty should endure for islanders and visitors alike. So pack your bags, leave your snow boots home and come visit the place that locals call paradise!

Merry Christmas!

The Florida Panhandle boasts some of the most beautiful beaches in the United States. From her emerald waters to her sugar-like sand it has been a popular vacation destination for years. There are many quaint towns in this stretch of paradise each having their own personalities.

For example the flagship of this region is Destin. Crowned the “luckiest fishing village in world” Destin is filled with everything you would expect a vacation destination to have. From dolphin cruises in the Gulf of Mexico to shopping at the Silver Sands outlet. Scores of vacationers visit here year after year because of the convenient location. If you are looking for a slower paced area: then Seaside, FL is where you’ll want to be.

A picture-perfect town about 20 minutes East of Destin where you can find multiple vacation rentals or villas to fit your family of any size. Featured in the “Truman Show” Seaside is truly a town right out of the movies. Great restaurants like Café 30-A and Bud & Alleys make this my favorite area. Another area that has gone through a recent revitalization is Panama City Beach. Once the Spring break capital of Florida it is now falling in line with the rest of the Panhandle’s beaches.

More and more people are recognizing this area and are taking advantages of the great rates on vacation rental homes and condos. No matter what town you decide to visit you can bet that the Emerald Coast will not disappoint and you know one day that you’ll return. Life is too short to miss out on such a beautiful area. Pack your bags and head out to Florida for a vacation to remember.

Kona Vacation Rental

Do you have your heart set on staying at a Kona vacation rental, while on your next Kailua Kona vacation? If so, have you made your vacation reservations yet? If you have yet to make your Kona vacation rental reservations, you may seriously want to think about doing so, especially if your vacation is quickly approaching. Even if your vacation is not for some time, you may still want to think about booking your Kona vacation rental in advance; you will find that there are a number of benefits to doing so.

Perhaps, the most important reason why you should book your Kona vacation rental in advance is so that you actually end up with a place to stay. Although it is highly unlikely, there are some vacationers who have been known to forget about making their vacation reservations, namely their overnight accommodation reservations. These individuals were likely ones who kept on putting it off until they completely forgot about it. It may sound difficult to forget about making reservations, but it is actually more common than you may think. When it gets close to vacation time, there are some individuals who are so consumed with excitement that they often forget to remember the important stuff, such as booking a stay at a Kona vacation rental. That is why it is advised that you book your Kona vacation rental in advance, before the excitement takes over and reservations end up being the last thing on your mind.

In addition to making sure that you have reservations, booking your Kona vacation rental reservations in advance will help to ensure that you are able to stay at the rental of your choice, whether that rental ends up being a vacation home, villa, or condo. Getting the vacation rental of your choice is important because it may have a significant impact on the outcome of your vacation. With Kona vacation rentals being popular among tourists, you may be surprised to know just how fast some Kona vacation rentals fill up with reservations. That is why it is advised that you make your Kona vacation rental reservations in advance, especially if you are looking for something in particular.

Another benefit to booking your Kona vacation reservations in advance is that the sooner you book your reservations, the sooner that you can start focusing on the rest of your vacation. For instance, once you know exactly where in Kailua Kona you will be staying, it will be easier to plan your vacation activities, as well as the Kona attractions that you would like to visit. For example, if you know that you will be located close to the beach, you may want to start developing a beach itinerary for your trip. That itinerary could include certain beach activities that you would like to enjoy, on certain days, and so on. In addition to the beach, you may also find it easier to plan where you would like to eat or go shopping.

Although you were advised to book your Kona vacation rental reservations in advance, you may be wondering exactly how early you should start making your reservations. In all honestly, it is difficult to give an exact date and time, but you are advised to take the rental that you would like to reserve into consideration. If your vacation rental appears to be popular, you may want to book your vacation at least six months in advance. However, even if your intended Kona vacation rental does not appear to be full with reservations, you might not want to take the chance. That is why it is always best to try and book your Kona vacation rental reservations as soon as you know that you would like to vacation in the Kailua Kona area.

When it does come time to book your Kona vacation rental reservations, you will find that you have a number of different options. Those options include with the assistance of a travel agent, directly with a rental owner, and through an online travel website; with online travel websites being the most popular.

Disneyland is the happiest place in the world. This is the place where everyone becomes young again. This is where the young once will remember and reminisce their childhood and where the youth will treasure their childhood.

The biggest and happiest Disneyland is found in Orlando Florida. It is situated outside Orlando in Lake Buena Vista and Bay Lake, Florida. It was made after Walt Disney died in 1967 and was opened to the public in October 1, 1971 after almost four years of construction.

Walt Disney World Resort is a 47 square miles land filled with 4 theme parks, 2 water parks, 6 golf courses and 2 entertainment areas filled with shopping and dining amenities. Due to its huge size, Disneyland has its own public system and transit. This is offered for all visitors while they tour the place.

The theme parks are Magic Kingdom Park, the most visited park; the Epcot (Every person comes out tired), the part of the park for people who enjoys extreme energy; Disney-MGM Studios, the venue for Disney movies and entertainment; and Animal Kingdom Theme Park, the place for animal-lovers and fans.

Water Park includes Disney’s Blizzard Beach where the melting ski resort is and Disney’s Typhoon Lagoon where real waves are experienced. One shouldn’t miss the night-life in Downtown Disney West side and Pleasure Island. This is where you can experience the elegant lifestyle of Disneyland.

You wouldn’t want to miss any time maximizing your visit to Disneyland. The best option for you is to stay in a vacation home rental in Disney. These are vacation homes offered to visitors who want to experience the joys of being at home even away from home.

Why should you consider staying a vacation home near Disney?

The convenience of the place and location is the primary reason. Staying in vacation home rentals in Disney makes your closer to Disneyland. Time travel usually ranges from 10-15 minutes only compared to other locations where you have 30 minutes to 1 hour traveling because of the traffic of people going to the amusement park.

Having your own home, is having a bigger place to stay. It means staying in your own room, having your own space. It also gives the pleasure of owning a living room, kitchen and a swimming pool. Because it is your home, you also have the option of bringing your most loved pets with you on your vacation.

The flexibility of the place also adds to the reasons why you should consider a vacation home. You can move at your own pace, scheduling activities according to your convenience. You need not worry on your breakfast because you can choose your preference and even cook it yourself. Or you can invite friends for a barbecue party because there are no restrictions for such activities.

Privacy of individuals is also respected in vacation homes. You enjoy your home to yourselves without worrying about neighbors who might be disturbed. You can also go to and from other places without being watched.

The value or price of the rental is way cheaper than in other lodging homes. The more members the family has, the lesser the amount is paid for each. The value of the home is based on the house and not on the individuals who will stay here.

Lastly, the luxury of the place is to be considered. You are paying for a memorable vacation so live up with it. Spend it the way that you wish for it. It gives you the chance to experience a comfortable and relaxing vacation.

Finding a vacation home in Disney is easier these days. Since it is marketed in different ways, you can easily find one which is convenient and within your comfort and budget.

The best way to find a home is through your friends or relatives. You can ask for recommendations as to who you could contact or where the best place is for you.

You can check on possible listings from reading articles or through the internet. You can search for online sites which offer these homes. You can also consider checking on brokers or agents of home vacation rentals. They can also recommend their special choices.

Other also finds listings through online visitors’ bureau websites.

A note to remember is to always keep your agreement form. Write all necessary data that you need to refer to by the time you check in. include payments and special information regarding the house to avoid any miscommunication.

Now you can feel comfortable that you will definitely enjoy your vacation home and your Disneyland adventure.

Get Together In Your Vacation Rental

Less than 100 miles east of Los Angeles, the city of Palm Springs basks luxuriously in the warm California sun against a backdrop of majestic San Jacinto Mountains.

It’s the quintessential American answer to European-style resorts where swimming, sunbathing, golfing and playing tennis are seriously luxurious pastimes.

Once notorious for its status as a winter retreat for Hollywood celebrities, today Palm Springs is a glamorous getaway not only for an eclectic mix of well-to-do retirees and raucous students on Spring Break, but also tourists seeking luxury and comfort at this oasis in the Californian desert.

World-class golf courses, very chic country clubs, casinos and residential communities with a touch of Spanish style abound. Vacation rentals in Palm Spring range from stately homes in elegant gated communities to whimsical hillside mansions formerly owned by celebrities such as Frank Sinatra.

Even without considering their colorful histories, Palm Spring villas are certainly magnificent for many reasons - their grand architecture, sleek furnishings and spectacular views are among the finest anywhere.

The city itself offers many vacation activities including a plethora of sports, quality shopping and a sophisticated night life; for more adventurous visitors, the nearby canyons, hiking trails and mountains are a fascinating reminder of the natural beauty of this sunny state. Whether seeking a relaxing and peaceful retreat or a glamorous hideaway (from paparazzi!), vacation rentals in Palm Springs will provide your a vacation in true star-quality style.

Renting a villa or a condo is easy especially thanks to the Internet. The policies for a vacation rental are in general the same for most agencies. Here is information about some of the policies.

Reservations greater than 30 days: A booking deposit of 20% is due upon booking, first months rent due 30 days prior to arrival, balance due on arrival. A maximum of 30 days rent may be paid by credit card. Booking deposit may be negotiated on a case-by-case basis for frequent and repeat tenants.

Reservations greater than 90 days may make payment arrangements on a case-by-case basis for fourth month and beyond.

Refundable Security Deposit

Deposit must be paid by check, cashiers check, money order or cash. Deposit is normally due within 10 days of booking. Please speak with your reservation agent for special instructions if you book your reservation less than 10 days prior to arrival. Deposit is fully refundable 7 to 21 days after departure. Please review policies below for details.

Cancellation Policy

If you cancel within the time allotted, the minimum cancellation fee is $40.00 and maximum $100.00. Each cancellation is different and fee´s can differ. Cancellations should be made as far in advance as possible, but not less than 30 days or the number of days of your reservation, which ever is greater. Inadequate notice or no-shows forfeit all moneys paid.

If you do not cancel within the allotted time, you will usually be charged a 20% booking fee, plus all moneys paid to date will be forfeited unless the property is re-rented.

Occupancy

You must be at least 25 years of age to sign a vacation rental contract and to occupy said vacation rental property. Each property has a maximum occupancy, generally two per room. Undisclosed guests will result in loss of rental fees paid, complete forfeiture of security deposit, and all guests being evicted. Guests that disturb the peace and quiet of neighbors will be evicted with no refund of rental fees paid and may forfeit a portion or all of refundable deposit.

Utility Fees and Deposits

If staying in a home, or condo with its own private pool, for 28 days or more, the guest will be required to pay a utility processing fee of $25.00 and to put down a utility deposit of approximately $1000.00. This deposit will be used to pay monthly gas and electric bills that combined, exceed $200.00 per month. This deposit must be replenished each month as it is used.

Smoking in a villa or condo is generally not allowed. Also, if you want to bring pets you must have a permission.

Escape From Real Life and Just Relax Your Vacations

What you need to know about Vacation Rentals That time of the year is finally here. You know what I’m talking about, the one or two weeks you get every year to escape from “real life” and just be you. Relax, eat and drink well, enjoy your family, catch up on some much needed sleep. But, before you pack up and head out, rethink the all-too-normal hotel stay. Believe it or not, you have options, one of which is the vacation rental. Wouldn’t it be nice to leave your own home, arrive in your destination city and settle into a “home away from home” for your next vacation? That’s what vacation rentals are all about. These are homes waiting to be rented out by people on vacation. Each vacation rental owner will have different criteria in what type of renter they are looking for, each vacation rental house will vary in amenities, and each price will be dependant on the time of year and the length of stay. So, it sounds like a great idea, but how do you figure out how to make it all happen? Not a problem. Below you will find answers to frequently asked questions regarding vacation rentals. Read on, my friend, your next “home away from home” vacation rental is right around the corner. Frequently Asked Questions on Vacation Rentals What are the advantages of a vacation rental? Do you ever wish your hotel room had just a little more personality? Yeah, I thought so. Well, renting someone else’s home for your vacation might just be the thing you’re looking for. Usually offering larger living spaces than hotel rooms, these vacation rentals are all about living like you were in your own home. They offer greater privacy than hotel rooms and most rentals have a kitchen area for cooking, which in the end will save you money if you prepare some of your own meals. You’ll enjoy several rooms, and maybe even different levels, instead of one big room where the whole family sleeps. Many owners will leave information on things to do and see in the local area. Vacation rental homes are clean, friendly, comfortable and inviting. This is because many of them aren’t just rental homes, but also function as the owner’s own residence for part of the year. A majority of vacation rentals tend to be cheaper on a per night basis than their hotel counterpart. By renting directly from the owner you will avoid taxes, tips and other extraneous charges. However, there is a wide variation among costs based on a number of factors (see How Much Should I Expect to Pay below) What are the drawbacks of a vacation rental? Of course, there’s always the other side of the coin. As vacation rentals are not usually monitored by a central managing company, you’ll only know what you’re getting yourself into when you actually arrive to your rental. Many owners require pre-payment, or at least a large deposit fee, before arriving. Therefore, if things aren’t the way you anticipated after arriving, or if you find your dwelling unacceptable and decide to head to a local hotel, you may lose any money you prepaid. This is also true for last minute cancellations. There isn’t usually a refund. You always run the risk of getting less than you expected, but, it’s rare. Most times, vacation rentals tend to be cheaper than an average hotel room per night. But, not always, so make sure you are comfortable with the price you will be asked to pay. Another disadvantage to vacation rentals is the lack of a managing member on site to deal with any problems that you may encounter with the home or during your stay in general. Most owners get around this by having a list of emergency numbers, utility companies and other such items available to the renter should they need anything. What amenities are included in a vacation rental? Since every rental is owned by a different owner, each will include different amenities. Some come with swimming pools, hot tubs, others with golf packages, and horse stable privileges. In cities with tourist attractions, some owners include tickets to local attractions. Most vacation rentals come with the essentials: TV, equipped kitchen, towels, linen, and everyday appliances, but it never hurts to ask these questions when searching for the perfect place. Be sure to understand exactly what you are paying for before sending in the payment. What types of rentals are available? Pretty much any type of dwelling that you would want to live in during your vacation is available somewhere. From studios in downtown Manhattan to a villa in the south of Spain, you’ll be able to find what you’re looking for. The range of available options is mind boggling. Additionally, each week, month and year there are new possibilities as owners put their homes up for only certain weeks or months of the year, the choices are constantly changing. Are vacation rentals only available in the US? Vacation rentals are available worldwide. They can be found in every state of the US and almost every country in the world. Don’t be fooled by their different names, though. Vacation rentals are also known as holiday cottages, tourist rentals and holiday rentals. If you are looking for one in Europe, the Italians call them agriturismi, while the French say gites. If you are in Germany you will be looking for ferienwohnungen (yep, try to say that three times fast with a bratwurst in your mouth!) Regardless of what you call it, though, a vacation rental is a great option for those getting ready to take a few weeks off from reality and enjoy the good life a bit. Head Island, South Carolina Vcation Rental

Sea Pines Plantation – The Pearl of Hilton Head IslandVacation Rentals

Hilton Head Island is one of the nicest places to vacation, regardless of what time of year you decide to stay. And I must inform you that a stay in Sea Pines Plantation must be top on your list. The island is home to more than 40,000 full time residents and over 2.2 million vacationers each year. With an average temperature around 70 degrees and many outdoor activities available, this is a vacation that will keep you active and healthy.

The PGA MCI Heritage Classic is held each year in April at the Harbour Town Golf Links located inside Sea Pines Plantation. Thousands of golf enthusiasts enjoy the weekly activities with friends and family. Former winners include Arnold Palmer, Jack Nicklaus, Greg Norman, and this year’s winner Peter Lonard. This is a great golf tournament with a lot of history and is always an enjoyable experience for all who attend.

There are three golf courses in Sea Pines Plantation. Harbour Town Golf Links is ranked the #1 course in South Carolina by Golf Magazine and is the most sought after golf course to play on Hilton Head Island. The Ocean Course was the first golf course on Hilton Head Island, rebuilt in 1995 by Mark McCumber and features the signature oceanfront 15th hole with panoramic ocean views. Last is the Sea Marsh Course, which is my favorite. With length not a factor and very wide fairways, I recommend this course if you want to feel good about your golf game when you leave the course.

The Sea Pines Racquet Club has grown into one of the premier resources for tennis players. Under the guidance of Stan Smith, Director of U.S. Olympic Men’s Coach and former U.S. Open and Wimbledon Champion, everyone receives the personal attention that makes each guest feel important.

The great advantage of having a Hilton Head Island vacation is you have the liberty to stay wherever you want, there are great deals and golf packages and you can arrange for almost any type of activity on the island. Whether it is  Vacation Rental, bicycle rentals, tee times, free tennis, or water activities.

Holidays In Cabo San Lucas Vacation Rental

While the name is well-known, it is one of those places that has perhaps crossed your mind for a second when considering vacation destinations and then left immediately thereafter. However, one look at all of exciting endeavors that surround you in a vacation rental, and you may just be wondering how it is you have never stepped foot on Cabo San Lucas’ spectacular terrain.

First off, what are some of the attractions and entertainment options you expect to find in a prime waterfront town? Well, of course there has to be some beaches and Cabo San Lucas certainly has several that can accommodate your every vacation desire. Swimming, sunbathing, people-watching, any water sport you can imagine, and even convenient access to bars and restaurants are just a few of the options at the most popular strip of sand, Medano Beach. Breathtaking surroundings and excellent snorkeling are waiting off of Playa del Amor, while numerous sandy pleasures along the Corridor feature fine sightseeing and whale watching for those times when you need serenity over excitement.

Since the fine beaches are practically a given, what else sets Cabo San Lucas apart from other popular cities like Cancun? With a little research, you are bound to discover that sportfishing put this area on the map and it is one water-filled activity that can leave you speechless. Fighting with and reeling in a 100-pound marlin is an everyday occurrence in Cabo San Lucas and one of the most memorable experiences of not only your vacation, but also your lifetime. Beyond the waterfront, Cabo San Lucas also boasts the finest golf in Mexico along the Corridor to San José del Cabo and the most entertaining nightlife in Baja. Honestly what more could you ask?

If the endless opportunities for outdoor adventure and relaxation have not won you over to Cabo San Lucas’ side, then maybe the spectacular lodging options can tilt you towards Baja California Sur. As an elite resort destination that caters to tourists’ needs, you expect to find posh accommodations that make your trip as relaxing and easygoing as possible. While the hotels, particularly those along the Corridors, are certainly nice, it is the development of luxurious homes and condos that have transformed this sleepy town into the all-around amazing destination that it is today.

Whether you are traveling with a large group or setting out on a romantic getaway for two, the wide selection of Cabo San Lucas vacation rentals ensure that your trip can be everything you always imagined and more. Secluded in the foothills, directly on the water, or somewhere in between, the choice of where exactly you want to stay and what views appeal to your senses is your’s alone to make. However, be aware that after a quick glance over your many options, it can become difficult to select only one!

While you certainly want convenience to the beaches and all of your favorite waterfront pursuits, and you can find this in many vacation rentals, it is the amenities inside your home away from home that make it truly spectacular. Living in the lap of luxury, you will find upgraded kitchens and bathrooms, backyards that feel like a tropical oasis, media rooms that rival the ambiance of a movie theater, and spacious, airy terraces and patios where you can kick back in privacy. Clearly, a Cabo San Lucas vacation rental is more than just a place to sleep; it is an inviting haven where you can soak in the splendor of your surroundings or simply relax to your heart’s content without a worry in the world.

Rather than following the crowds to an everyday beach vacation in Florida, Hawaii, Cancun, or Playa del Carmen, get off the beaten path and experience the beauty and excitement of Cabo San Lucas. When your days are filled with recreational pursuits that span the depths of the ocean to the greens of the golf courses and your nights are overflowing with festivities in the bars and in your amazing vacation rental, you can’t help but wonder how you ever overlooked Mexico’s Baja treasure.

Information About Vacation Rental

So you’ve already decided that you want your family to stay in a vacation rental during your next trip. You like the space these homes provide, you like the amenities they offer, and most of all, you like the price. Regardless of where you vacation, however, there are certain things you should always look for when renting a vacation home.

The most important factor is a good rental company. After all, no vacation goes exactly as planned, and it’s important to have a supportive team in your corner, able to take over in case any mishaps arise. In the age of Internet booking, it’s easy for owners to rent their own home, but renting directly through an owner can be risky. Generally, homeowners don’t have the experience to deal with unexpected problems. Management companies, of course, deal with problems on a daily basis, and are equipped with the vendors, policies, and employees to take care of things efficiently. Additionally, rental companies take credit cards, which is often a safer and more efficient way to book a home. These points are key, because not only is the property manager going to make sure your vacation goes smoothly, but his job is also to make sure your transactions go smoothly. Having a rental agent you can trust will rid you of any anxieties—before, during, and after your stay. A rental company with an established reputation is usually a vacationer’s safest bet.

A quality website is crucial when searching for a vacation home. Often a traveler won’t be able to see the home before arriving for the vacation, so a website is the only way you can get a feel for the company, the property, and the service you’ll be receiving. Make sure the company you use has a clear website so you’re not zapped by hidden charges, smoking policies, or pet problems. Good online pictures are also important. Written descriptions can be misleading, and the right angles will always hide the ugly chair or cramped bathroom. Look for websites that provide online tours, 360-degree views, or several pictures of the same home to be sure you’re getting what you want.

Be honest with your rental agent about what you’re looking for in a home, whether it’s a pool, a great view, or a place without stairs. It’s also important to tell them exactly how many people are in your party and if you’ll be bringing any animals. Never book a home thinking you can sneak in a pet or cram in an extra person—the deposit you lose will certainly cost more than the additional bedroom or pet kennel. On the same note, know what amenities are important to you and what you can live without. If you need a pet-friendly home, don’t settle, but do be a little flexible; hairdryers and computers aren’t standard amenities.

Before you book your vacation home, get a little familiar with the area you’ll be staying in. After all, a home may be beautiful online, but if it’s forty-five miles away from the nearest city, your trip may not be as enjoyable as you’d hoped. Call your rental agent and ask how close you’ll be to the main attractions. Is there a grocery store nearby? Is there any nightlife within walking distance? Taking a look at the city’s chamber of commerce website will give you a great feel for the neighborhood. Not only will this information help your vacation go more smoothly, you’ll also have more things to look forward to!

Once you’ve decided on the home you’d like to rent, pay attention to the booking details. A good rental company will be upfront with you about fees, taxes, deposit returns, and policies. Be sure you’ve had all your questions answered before you sign anything. Some questions you may want to ask before you book:

What if my flight comes in after your office has closed?
What is the cancellation policy?
Is housekeeping available?
Is there a deposit or will charges be billed to my credit card?
How many parking spaces are available to me?
Are laundry facilities available?

When your questions are answered, your contracts are signed, and your itinerary is set, all you’ll have left to do is pack!
